Spend a day immersed in the healing power of nature. Our guided forest bathing (Shinrin-yoku) retreat will take you through ancient woodlands, with invitations to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with the natural world.
The day includes a guided walk, sitting meditation by the stream, a wild tea ceremony, and a sharing circle.
